Information we collect
We collect your name and email address that you provide directly to us when you submit an enquiry via our contact form. This is used for customer services purposes only. We will only share this information with trusted partners if the nature of your enquiry requires this.
When you choose to sign up to our mailing list we collect your name, company name and email address. This is used for marketing purposes to promote relevant services from Richard Boll Photography Ltd. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of our emails.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are your consent and where we have legitimate interest.

How we store your personal information
Information is processed by email and securely stored with Roundcube
We keep the information provided to us for 12 months or for the duration of the contract.
We use Mailchimp as our marketing platform. When you subscribe, you acknowledge that your information will be transferred to Mailchimp for processing. Learn more about Mailchimp’s privacy practices.
