Photography commissioned for the Blue Hill restaurant pop-up project WastEd London. The project was located in Selfridges on Oxford Street in London and featured chefs including Dan Barber, Andreas Caminada, Gordon Ramsay, and Christian Puglisi. Building on the UK’s progressive food waste movement, wastED London teamed up with local farmers, fishermen, suppliers, and retailers in 2017 to reimagine by-products at every link in the food chain.
